2015
An idea takes shape
Entering the car wash industry, the team saw firsthand how few tools actually fit daily operations. Operators were making do with software from other industries, and that gap is what started the idea behind WashStacks.
2015
V1 launches internally
The first version, internally codenamed Cerebro, launched to manage operations at the second and third wash locations. It was simple, but it laid the foundation for everything that followed.
2022
Cerebro becomes WashStacks
After years of hands-on learning, the platform was rewritten from the ground up into a more robust, modern system designed to serve the broader car wash industry.
2023
Public launch at Car Wash Show
WashStacks debuted with its Claims module at The Car Wash Show in Las Vegas, bringing the product to the industry in a formal way for the first time.
2024
Ops and Talent expand the platform
Ops 
Talent Two new modules extended the platform with tools for daily closeouts, downtime tracking, document management, reviews, counseling, and more operator-focused workflows.
2025
Core operating tools deepen the system
Work Orders, Checklists, Scheduling, and Time Clock rounded out the platform and set the stage for deeper reporting, integrations, and more connected execution.
